I’m finally making this after my last attempt made me want to cry out of frustration since Tumblr is an asshat and hates me. Anyway, as it is almost this blog’s one year anniversary, I thought it would be fun to release this today, especially since my forgetful ass might not remember next month and what not.
Earlier last year, I received the most devastating news anyone could hear. I had heard that my grandpa died in his sleep (3/26/2017 in the Philippines but 3/27/2017 in the USA), and I honestly felt my heart break. It was only a couple of months since I had gotten back from spending the holidays with my grandparents, so it was surreal to hear that he had died. To this day, I’m still wrapping my mind around the fact that I am creating this new normal life without him in it. I had episodes of breakdowns that I made the decision to leave for a couple months to grieve on my own.
Okay, enough with my sob story lol On May 16, 2017, I had returned to this side and started all over. Now, I believe it was this January that I had hit the biggest milestone ever! I had finally reached 1.2K followers, so now I am taking the time to make this for you guys, and I hope you guys send these lovely blogs a lot of love, especially my mutuals who have turn this site from a negative trigger to a positive one!
p.s: to the blogs that I am tagging and don’t know who I am… Hello! I really love your blogs, and I am more of a silent follower lol but you and your blogs are truly amazing to the point that I find myself scrolling for hours on end.
